Miss Free Spirit

An Inspiring Celebration of Women’s Values at Qualisa

December was more than a season of celebration — it was a moment to come together, to recognize the people who make everything possible, and to honor the values that define who we are.

Across our northern farms, Qualisa, BellaRosa, Natura Eterna, and Royal Flowers gathered as one community. It was a time of unity, gratitude, and shared purpose. But within this celebration, one moment stood out with special meaning: Miss Free Spirit.

More than a contest, Miss Free Spirit was created to celebrate women’s values — the beauty, intelligence, confidence, empathy, and inner strength that shape our community every day. It was never about appearance. It was about character. About authenticity. About the quiet yet powerful leadership women bring to our farms.

Because at Qualisa, women are not only part of our story — they are part of our foundation.

More Than a Competition

Miss Free Spirit was designed to highlight the values women embody across our fields and teams: resilience in challenges, empathy in collaboration, courage in self-expression, and the confidence to stand proudly as themselves.

Our Qualisa representative embodied these values with grace and conviction. Standing alongside the other participants, she expressed herself with clarity, presence, and strength — a reminder that true power is not loud, but deeply rooted in character and authenticity.

When it was her turn to respond, her words were shared through a sign language interpreter — a moment that gently revealed a different way of listening. It did not diminish her presence. It amplified it.

In that moment, inclusion was not explained. It was lived.

Her confidence remained unwavering. Her message resonated beyond spoken language. And the audience witnessed something greater than a performance — they witnessed dignity, intelligence, and authenticity expressed without barriers.

She was crowned Miss Free Spirit not for a single answer, but for the way she represented confidence, intelligence, and inner power as a woman.

Inclusion Is Not a Concept,

It Is a Daily Practice

What made this moment even more meaningful was the quiet reminder that inclusion does not need to be announced to be real. Different ways of expression were naturally respected and embraced — reflecting the environment we strive to cultivate every day.

At Qualisa, moments like these are not exceptions. They are the result of a culture built on empathy, respect, equal opportunity, and human dignity.

This belief is also at the heart of our Fairtrade certification, which places people at the center of everything we do. Fairtrade is not just a label — it represents wellbeing, safe spaces, growth opportunities, and the commitment to ensure every individual can contribute and be valued.

Because caring for flowers begins with caring for people.

We Qare About Our People

We are proud of our team. Proud of their diversity. Proud of their commitment. Proud of the women who lead with heart, intelligence, and resilience.

Miss Free Spirit reminded us that women’s values are not abstract ideas — they are lived daily across our farms, in every role, in every decision, in every stem we grow.

At Qualisa, values are not spoken.
They are practiced.

And that is what truly makes us extraordinary.

Valentine’s Day is a special time to show love and appreciation for the important people in our lives. At Qualisa, we believe that love extends beyond just romantic relationships, and encompasses the way we treat the people who grow and harvest our flowers, as well as the environment in which they’re grown.
